After a viewing we asked for availability, we were told that availability couldn't be offered without paying £150 deposit and a £50 admin fee. Upon making the payment, we were offered 1 day a week from September, 3 days a week in October and 1 day a week in November-Feb. How is that helpful? After waiting several months and chasing for positive news, we were informed that nothing had changed. We asked for a refund and only received £150 back. It's cost us £50 to establish their availability. No other nursery operates in this way. This nursery needs to be more up front and transparent.
