I found out my child didn't even have a present key worker in the room so when asked about how my child was doing they didn't even know!\nCommunication was terrible, I just got told she was fine every pick up. Then later found out this was far from the truth.\nLuckily my child communicates well and so was able to tell me what was going on behind closed doors. If you're child is resisting going in....always ask.....why?\nSad I had to move her, but she's absolutely thriving now. After speaking to other settings, lots of children have been moved from Litcham.\n\nAn example of the care given here is 'How am I supposed to know about SEN? We're not trained in that'.
