The nursery caters to children from nine months up to four years, with distinct age groups: Little Acorns (under two), Young Oaks (two to three), and Mighty Oaks (preschool). The nursery operates 51 weeks a year, closing for bank holidays and one week over Christmas. They provide a stimulating and caring environment, encouraging children to learn and play at their own pace. Nutritional needs are met with a two-course lunch, two-course tea, and mid-morning/afternoon snacks prepared by their dedicated cook, with all dietary requirements accommodated. The facility boasts well-equipped rooms, age-appropriate toys, and a large outdoor play area. Communication with parents is facilitated through the "Famly" app, which offers daily updates and progress reports. Several staff members have been with the nursery for over 15 years, including the manager, Tina Heard, who has been there since 1998 and acquired the nursery in 2013, contributing to a low staff turnover.
