If she was unsure, she could have checked and gotten back to me. Instead, she suggested coming in for a viewing despite the likelihood that there was no availability, wasting my time.\n\nHer attitude on the phone was appalling, and I'm glad I decided not to take my child there. I have visited other nurseries and never encountered such unprofessional behavior.
