All staff members undergo regular vetting through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and are committed to continuous professional development. The day nursery prides itself on its caring and dedicated team, with 95% of staff holding at least a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare and Education, and the remaining staff actively working towards their qualifications. Furthermore, all staff are trained in paediatric first aid, which is regularly renewed, and the nursery has three safeguarding leads and a qualified Senco. Little Angels Nursery emphasises exploration and investigation, both indoors and outdoors, allowing children to take calculated risks and develop inquisitive minds. They implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, covering seven areas of learning tailored to individual children's interests and needs.
