A girl answered the door I told her why I was there she was like a rabbit in the headlights. She then got the manager who answered the door and was visibly ill rubbing her nose; which she done all throughout our short visit. Now sending your kids to these places you have to expect them to catch something on occasion. But a manager should have the responsibility not to be around kids intentionally especially in this current climate!\n\nFurthermore, we were not shown around the place properly. We stood at a door she held open with the most awkward interaction like they didn't want you to be there. There was no discussion on how they interact with the kids or stimulat their development. No explanation on how or if they interact with parents on their kids development or any sort of learning or progress.\n\nAlso, they have no Ofsted report since 2017 which on its own is quite worrying. The whole 10 minute experience was highly unorganized and unprofessional.\n\nI took my daughter to another nursery not far and the experience could not have been more different.
