Leaders and staff are aware of children's individual needs, making adaptations such as adding a ramp to the outdoors and creating a sensory area. The special educational needs coordinator has excellent knowledge and supports staff in creating plans for children, and funding is used effectively for one-to-one support and a sensory room. Staff work closely with parents and other professionals to ensure exceptional support for children with SEND. Outdoor space Most children benefit from opportunities to access a purpose-built outdoor area, which supports their physical development. Older children use the well-resourced outdoor area for active play and to develop physical skills such as climbing and balancing.
