A meeting on which I attended had 3 members of staff, a video was shown of my son playing alone no staff members encouraging him, engaging with him just him alone, it was so upsetting, there was no care from this nursery at all. There was no procedures put into place to help my son as we was told they didn’t know how to help.\n\nWe was called early one day to collect my son from nursery due to him playing with a paint rack, that they did not know how to engage him in different activities after this ridiculous reason for us to collect him, we pulled him out and moved nursery’s, this is the BEST decision I ever made.\n\nMy son has now been at his new nursery for over 7 months. He is thriving, the staff are incredible and he is going to be ready for school with the correct help and support that he needed and deserved.\n\nPlease do your research and I would highly suggest that if your child is SEN to look around at all the different settings in the area.
