The setting prides itself on its warm and stimulating environment where children thrive, building strong relationships and showing kindness towards each other. The dedicated staff team, comprising 22 members with 18 holding level 2 or above early years qualifications, ensures a nurturing and enriching experience for every child. They are particularly adept at supporting children with English as an additional language, and those with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND), by creating individualised plans and utilising visual timetables. Children are encouraged to develop independence, critical thinking, and a love for learning through a diverse range of activities, both indoors and outdoors. The setting promotes a strong sense of responsibility and perseverance, fostering well-rounded and confident individuals.
