We have received two really detailed formal developmental reports so far documenting observations and skills that our daughter has developed over the course of the term, along with regular updates via an app with pictures/videos/commentary of what she has been doing on certain days. Added extras like mindfulness session for the parents which is running currently, and they used to have Harpbeebs sensory classes come into the nursery for the kids pre-covid times which my daughter loved. It is also worth saying that I have been very impressed with the way the nursery has dealt with the return from lockdown #1 in making the environment as 'normal' for the children and parents as possible while observing and respecting all of the rules and guidance- I have already fed my positive feedback to the nursery on that.
