Established in 2013, the nursery was rated as good by Ofsted at its most recent inspection on 13th November 2023. Staff plan engaging activities that give children a wide range of experiences, from developing physical skills outdoors through running, kicking balls, and riding balance bikes, to fostering communication and language skills by modelling new words and encouraging conversation. The curriculum also includes opportunities for children to engage with stories, songs, and rhymes, and staff skilfully model mathematical language during play, for example, discussing "heavy" and "light" during water activities. The dedicated SEND coordinator works closely with outside agencies to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, ensuring all children make good progress.
