We even kept her at this setting when we moved from around the corner from the setting to Stubbington as she only had a year left before going to school.\nNear the end of 2025 the setting got new management but key members of staff all of a sudden started leaving telling us they don't support the new manager and their decision. We werent getting regular updates due to the amount of new staff coming into the setting and we couldn't believe how far it went down hill but it got worse over the period of the new management coming in, parent reported the setting to OFSTED due to welfare issue and other reasons.\n\n42 children in preschool in which all children are going to school in September were given 48 hour notice at the end of half term that there children's places were being terminated due to lack of staff and too many children they brought into the setting... since after Christmas we were told the staff to children ratio was safe so nothing to worry about.
