It operates all year round from Monday to Friday, with sessions running from 8am until 6pm. The day nursery accepts government funding for three and four-year-olds. In its inspection of July 2022, Ofsted rated the provision as Outstanding overall. The Ofsted report described an extremely friendly atmosphere where children show a joy for learning and are treated with kindness and respect. The inspector found that teaching and learning are excellent, with staff planning experiences to take children's learning forward and promoting literacy skills. Staff were noted for developing children's ideas by playing alongside them and using questions to extend their thinking. The report also stated that children with special educational needs and/or disabilities receive the support they need to make outstanding progress. Parents told the inspector that staff are kind, caring and knowledgeable.
