The nursery is open Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, excluding public bank holidays and one week over Christmas. They provide comprehensive care, including wrap-around services for children attending Holy Spirit Primary School and Broad Oak Primary School, extending until the end of reception year, though these places are subject to availability. The nursery also participates in government funding schemes, offering 15 hours of free nursery care for three and four-year-olds during term time, and 30-hour funded places for working parents. Additional voluntary charges apply for essential extras such as meals, snacks, wipes, sun cream, extra hours, and trips, as these are not covered by government funding. Parents can opt for their child to bring a packed lunch. Flexible payment options are available, with fees payable weekly or monthly, preferably via Direct Debit or Standing Order, in advance.
