The manager has designed a broad and balanced curriculum that builds on children's existing knowledge and caters to their individual needs and interests. Children with SEND receive strong support as staff collaborate with other professionals involved in their care and learning, leading to good progress for all. Speech and language development is a priority, with staff effectively modelling language and introducing new words during engaging sensory activities.
