We are aware of a number of families who have also removed their children from this setting also for a various reasons.\n\nWithin the three months our child attended this nursery, it was evident that the 'Outstanding' Ofsted rating the nursery is quick to boast is now outdated, the nursery is NOT operating at that level and this is due to the Management and their attitude towards how they run the nursery as a 'business' seeing children as numbers and clutching at ways to make revenue.\n\nWhen we raised our concerns with Management, it was clear that the systemic issues within the nursery come from their outlook. They were quick to openly undermine the competence of their staff, failing to acknowledge matters without taking accountability themselves.\n\nIt is evident that the nursery has difficulties with staff retention and turnover, with new staff appearing frequently, which is unsettling for both children and parents.
