Then they changed management and it went downhill for the last year of his time there - they removed anywhere he could get quiet time/a time out, kept giving him food that was not approved so he was sick often and would not reapply his sun cream in the summer so he was sick with heat stroke. I would be called from my place of work to get him either for these reasons or because he was 'acting out' when really he was autistic and had no quiet place anymore to calm down from the stimulating and so I would lose wages but also had to pay a huge anount for sessions he did not even do all of because they 'could not deal with him' but also would not refer him elsewhere. Their solution to his meltdowns was a 'reward system' and if he was not perfect that week they would ask me not to reward him at home! Summer 2019 he was removed, I got him prepped for school at home we had had enough of their mistakes while also trying to hold an autistic child to an impossible standard.
