The staff go above and beyond to create meaningful relationships with the children and families, and it really shows in how confident and happy the children are.\n\nMy niece attended here before moving on to primary school, and she absolutely loved her time there. Even now, 6 months into primary school, she still talks about Little Robins and the special bonds she made. That says everything about the positive impact this setting has on children.\n\nIt’s a wonderful place for little ones to grow, learn and feel safe.",

My child practically didnt eat from 9am to 4 and staff didnt bother to raise a concern. But were happy to take the lunch money regardless!\nSave yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.\nIts absolutely appalling that even after a failed ofsted inspection they didnt really change anything about the nursery.\nNever send a child here. Always coming out with a dirty nose/face its absolutely appalling",

My daughter attends here, and we were informed that the nursery would be closed for a full week during what was supposed to be a regular period (around half-term), with the reason given being a broken boiler and no heating.\nThis unexpected closure caused significant inconvenience, as we had to scramble for alternative childcare at short notice. What raised concerns was that we drive past the nursery daily during that week, and there were no signs of any repair work—no engineers, vans, or activity at all. The following week, everything reopened as normal without any apparent issues.\nWhile I understand things can go wrong, better communication and transparency would have helped. Parents rely on consistent opening hours, especially when paying for year-round care. I hope this feedback leads to improvements for other families.",

I can’t recommend this nursery highly enough. It’s such a warm, nurturing environment where children are truly cared for as individuals. The staff go above and beyond to create meaningful relationships with the children and families, and it really shows in how confident and happy the children are. My niece attended here before moving on to primary school, and she absolutely loved her time there. Even now, 6 months into primary school, she still talks about Little Robins and the special bonds she made. That says everything about the positive impact this setting has on children. It’s a wonderful place for little ones to grow, learn and feel safe.

Such a lovely environment! My young cousins attend Little robins and absolutely love it. They come home talking about there key staff and what they get up to. They love going to nursery and have done since they started in the Chicks room, and now in the Robins room. The environment is welcoming, fun and professional. I would highly recommend!

If i could give a zero, I would. This nursery's staff/management/managing directions have no issues lying about head injuries, then ignoring messages in relationnto it, no follow up or accodent forms wrre done either and then deciding to lie over and over to cover their own backs. Happy to take money for children who aren't even eating and when asked what to do, you get told to "try it alittle longer" with zero lack of interest of actually helping the child. My child practically didnt eat from 9am to 4 and staff didnt bother to raise a concern. But were happy to take the lunch money regardless! Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. Its absolutely appalling that even after a failed ofsted inspection they didnt really change anything about the nursery. Never send a child here. Always coming out with a dirty nose/face its absolutely appalling

I'm disappointed with my experience at this nursery. My daughter attends here, and we were informed that the nursery would be closed for a full week during what was supposed to be a regular period (around half-term), with the reason given being a broken boiler and no heating. This unexpected closure caused significant inconvenience, as we had to scramble for alternative childcare at short notice. What raised concerns was that we drive past the nursery daily during that week, and there were no signs of any repair work—no engineers, vans, or activity at all. The following week, everything reopened as normal without any apparent issues. While I understand things can go wrong, better communication and transparency would have helped. Parents rely on consistent opening hours, especially when paying for year-round care. I hope this feedback leads to improvements for other families.

Kathryn and Maria are both full of compassion and kindness. Having a childminder was a personal choice for us as we wanted a home from home. I had no concerns that the nursery would move away from that, the vibe feels safe and homely and everyone who works here are just lovely! The resources are great and the environment is full of imaginative play!
