Established in a dedicated facility in September 2017, the day nursery operates 51 weeks a year, providing extensive learning opportunities across 17 acres of school grounds. This includes a Forest School, Sports Hall, Art & DT Rooms, a Cookery Area, and two libraries. Children benefit from healthy meals cooked on-site and pre-schoolers dine in the main school. The curriculum is based on the Early Years Foundation Stage, enhanced with specialist French, PE, and music sessions starting from infancy. Little Saints focuses on creating a 'home from home' atmosphere, where each child is valued as an individual and encouraged to develop confidence and independence through play-based activities and a diverse learning experience. Our ethos At Little Saints Nursery we pride ourselves in creating a home from home environment within which all of our children are loved, cared for and respected as the unique individuals they are. While play and fun are at the heart of all we do, they are underpinned by a fully developed Early Years curriculum, and all activities are carefully designed to help children build the skills they need to start school full of confidence. We provide a warm, friendly, family atmosphere that encourages a strong link with parents, fostering a bond of trust, where children become confident, happy and independent learners. Each child is treated as an individual from their very first day.
