Sort everything with the old nursery. A week later i called to ask when can she start and i was told she can’t move during a school term. And she can only after Easter holidays. To my surprise last week when i called they informed me that all places are taken and if i would like to they can put her in a waiting list. Denying that i sent any emails or that they received any emails from the previous nursery while we surely did. Now my daughter is at home since February because of some unprofessional individuals that has no clue on what they’re doing or the kind of information they’re giving people. Thank lord we got her place back at the previous nursery.
