Stay clear from this nursery. Your children will be mistreated, ignored and be sure to get reported to social services for absolutely no reason and be greeted with a fake smile by the same individual. No medical or behavioural incidents of your children will be documented. I recently requested for an important information of incidents that occurred that should have been documented to help with a medical intervention and till date, my emails have been ignored despite the urgency. All they care about is money and not your child. I've now learnt from 2 other parents who attend my kids school that this nursery phoned social services for absolutely no reason. A report has been made to the relevant authority It's become clear why my children hated going to nursery and would cry nearly everytime I dropped them off. Awful experience! He learns different things through many activities and spending time with the team and other babies. I’ve tried 2 other nurseries before and this one is by far the best one and my 4 year old settled in nicely. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating, the nursery is spacious both indoors and outdoors and most importantly its super clean. I am gutted that we have to say goodbye to it as my son is going to reception, thank you Little Tigers for giving my son a wonderful preschool experience.
