They provide frequent interventions to ensure children are progressing in their learning, such as small group communication and language activities using visual aids, basic language, and signing. Managers use additional funding effectively to support individual children's needs, and staff work with outside agencies like physiotherapists and speech and language therapists to provide specialist support.
