Yes there has been a few minor issues with the odd day that the journal doesn’t get updated but overall the staff have been helpful. One slight negative I do have is the car park is tiny for the amount of kids that are in there and sometimes the road which is very rural can be a pain to negotiate. For now we are happy with the care that the hard working staff are providing. Only time will tell how we get on as my child develops. It was only after I saw my son in a different setting did I realise the extent of his discomfort; basically he’s a different child! Because Loveders is terrible at updating any journal or providing any real feedback at pickup, we didn’t know what was going on. But now I suspect my Son (whose shy at first) was extremely unhappy due to high numbers of children, chaotic situations and not enough attention in general. I wish I’d known earlier!! I took my daughter here in 2023. To be honest I was scared, not just of this nursery but generally. I must say this nursery was one of the most caring places I have ever seen. They took care of my daughter so well. This is the only place my daughter was comfortable eating(she doesn’t eat in school till date). I remember when I was asked to give them some of my local recipe so that they can cook it for my daughter since she was not used to the food that was served. My daughter loved her key workers and she still remembers them til today. I am soo grateful for the care which is not something my family is used to around here. I wish every nursery/school will treat every child equally like this nursery did.
