Overall our daughter loves it there, is always happy to go to nursery and has developed tremendous social skills, knowledge and a love for learning. And of course the regional manager never even replied. So I took both boys out immediately and some parents did the same thing. Recently (2 years since) bumped into a local mum and told me things went even worse from when I left. All good stuff have left and they had 2 local managers who were even more useless. It is such a shame as when my older one started there it was good, but fell off a cliff very quickly.
