The terrible Ofsted report also stated that a safeguarding incident with a child occurred at the hands of the manager and it was concealed and never reported. I had to take my daughter out immediately for her safety as no longer trusted the setting to put her welfare first. However some of the ladies who were there and worked directly with the children were amazing and kind and affectionate to my child when she needed regulation even tho many of us had witnessed them being treated so poorly as staff members. The SENCO there is also amazing she did her very best to get my child the support she needed during her time there.
