The dedicated and long-standing manager, who holds early years professional status, leads a team of 14 staff members, six of whom are qualified at level 3. The nursery focuses on supporting children's emotional well-being, particularly during the settling-in period, and encourages polite manners, boosting children's self-esteem and confidence.
