Both locations are overseen by Manager Debbie Harrison, who brings over 12 years of experience in childcare. The playgroup prides itself on a dedicated team comprising Early Years Practitioners qualified at Level 2 and 3, as well as Early Years Professionals. Staff members undergo regular training in various essential areas, including Makaton sign language, Positive Relationships Through Play, First Aid, Health and Safety, Safeguarding, and Food Hygiene. With on-site SENCO Managers, Minster Playgroup is committed to providing an inclusive environment for all children and their families. Prospective families are encouraged to visit both settings to experience the friendly atmosphere firsthand and to discuss enrolment for their children, who can be added to a waiting list at any time.
