" On 3rd October 2025, the provider proactively informed Ofsted about concerns regarding children's safety and welfare, staff-child ratios, and the suitability of the premises, environment, and equipment, demonstrating their commitment to fulfilling legal responsibilities. Following a regulatory telephone call on 3rd November 2025, it was identified that some requirements were not being met, specifically a short period during which a child was unsupervised in the garden. The nursery responded by improving premises security and renewing staff training for child supervision and deployment. Parents can receive further information about these improvements directly from the provider.
