Incredible communication via email as well as when there are issues (for example, we recieved a courtesy call when our child appeared to be getting a bit ill even before being sent home). The environment is great as well - connected indoor and outdoor areas so plenty of fresh air, and a really secure entrance area. Expertise-wise, worth looking at the background of the staff - many accreditations and professional training, and it was clear that they had active training and knowledge sharing across all staff (eg kept each other up to date about our child).
