The key workers we have had in the different classes have been perfect and had my child’s best interests at heart at all times.\nThe development reviews were so great to see once my child had started. There is brilliant knowledge sharing and working together on new learnings, which is so well documented for parents review on a regular basis. Feedback is always welcomed too which is great to see.\nCommunication is key for me and I get what I need through updates from the nursery practitioners and management. I always get responses to any queries in such a timely manner. We’ve needed support with changing of working hours and allergy issues my child has and I couldn’t thank Monkey Puzzle enough for the assistance they have given us, being so understanding in all transitions.\nThe start was quite difficult for my child but everyone was so supportive and caring, helping them transition so well.
