They have regular trips to the library, local park, science museum, theatres, yearly beach outing and many more. Through their actions I can clearly see children are at the heart of everything they do. The staff know each child by name and always give time to each parent. From the start my children felt accepted, represented and valued. They look forward to going to nursery because it’s their home way from home and speak highly of their teachers. Staff communicate any concerns they have about my children in a respectful manner and work in great partnership for the betterment of my children. They helped us outline a suitable adaptation period welcomed our presence and made us feel part of the family since day one. The first day he was left alone we kept being updated with videos and pictures and reassuring honest messages. They informed me he was sleeping, followed by a really nice video of him peacefully sleeping, and videos of him interacting and playing! When we pick him up is clear that they care and he is happy! The best decision of our lives.
