When I raised this with a member of staff in her class, they were unaware of my daughter falling and hurting herself - she asked me if she had a bump on her head, to which I said \"I don't think so\", and she replied \"well then\". Later that evening, I sent an email to management explaining the situation and asked for an accident form to be completed; the response I got was that they had spoken with staff and they had said my daughter was consoled after the accident, that I was offered an ice pack for my daughters head as well as an accident form and that I declined. They completely fabricated the situation and failed to provide a duty of care for my child which completely destroyed any trust I had left in them being able to care for my daughter.\nFrom my experience of this setting, staff are completely under qualified, not welcoming or friendly and are more interested in sitting on their iPads than actually interacting with the children - every time I went in to collect my daughter it was dirty (I understand it will get messy, but I mean it was DIRTY).
