On 27 November 2025 we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider has taken a range of constructive steps to strengthen supervision and safety practices across the setting, including improving headcount procedures, enhancing the way children's movements are monitored, updating policies, increasing staff awareness, and ensuring consistent use of agreed systems.
