The icing on the cake was when the open morning was cancelled an hour before our appointment and we were notified via email - she didn't even bother to call or respond to emails/calls. When I sent her an email to say how disappointed I was with the way we were notified (I was 8 months pregnant and went to the open morning after a sleepless night feeling absolutely awful), she just said she was sorry to cancel the morning due to Covid.
