You are given a sheet at the end of the day detailing what your child ate that day, number of wet/soiled nappies, nap time and key what they played with. Staff do also feed this back to you verbally.\nOn moving up the next room- This was done with my daughter at the forefront of staffs mind.\nShe would go for visits for an hour at a time over afew days. This gradually increased to eating with the children in the next room and spending a full day here.\nShe has taken a while to settle into the new room simply due to it kit being her comfort zone (she likes to be in charge) staff send me Watsapp photos of her to reassure me during the day. Feedback is given at the end of the day. All staff I have met including the chef are polite & have a warm persona.
