The highly skilled staff foster a love of learning through an exciting, well-planned, and broad curriculum, where children explore numbers, shapes, and letters through engaging play. Routines expertly match those from home, helping children settle quickly with their key persons. Children develop exceptional language and literacy skills, with staff skilfully linking activities to books, rhymes, and stories, even enabling children to take books home to share with parents. The setting places a strong emphasis on outdoor learning, with children enjoying daily opportunities to explore the community, encouraging observation and physical development. Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are extremely well supported, with early identification of needs, targeted interventions, and close links with outside agencies to ensure consistent progress. The dedicated team ensures children make excellent progress from their starting points, demonstrating exemplary behaviour and high levels of self-esteem, confidence, and independence.
