Naturally Learning Redruth also prides itself on its healthy, home-cooked, seasonal meals prepared by in-house chefs, promoting positive eating habits and brain development. They also prioritise developmental movement and provide peaceful spaces for rest, working in partnership with parents to support individual child development through highly qualified and experienced educators who build authentic relationships and offer professional love through a Key Person system. Staff recognise the long wait for external interventions and use their extensive knowledge to create individual plans for children to provide them with inclusive, exciting learning opportunities tailored to their specific needs. Most recently, staff have attended training on neurodivergence to help them best support and understand children's behaviour successfully.
