The staff also take the time to do a focus week on each child to see where they are progressing: Communication & language, physical development personal, social and emotional, literacy, mathematics, understanding the world and expressive arts and design. This was really helpful and just another example of how amazing the staff are at caring for the needs of each child. Sharon, the nursery manager, has been particularly brilliant with him and really went out of her way to understand his needs and his personality. I’ll be forever grateful for everything that Sharon and the New View staff have done for my son. My son has learnt so much at New View and particularly enjoyed learning about and celebrating Chinese New Year this year. My son partakes in forest school at New View on Fridays and he absolutely loves this session. They have so much fun! The nursery itself is also a really lovely place. It’s warm and welcoming and the nursery garden is just fantastic. The children are able to play outside in all weathers if they like.
