Both my daughter and most recently my son have attended here from a few months old to 4 years! Both have had the very best start possible, in regards to learning new skills, making friends and socialising, creating new skills, and preparing them for the jump into primary school. The facilities available are fantastic and always being upgraded and made bigger and better to benefit the children. The staff are wonderful! they treat the children as they were their own, the care and love they show to each child is second to non, years on my daughter still misses her time here and the staff she was with. My son has so much fun he never wants to leave, and is always excited to go to nursery and see all his friends and staff. I would recommend this nursery 100%. Inspector highlights - The management team has taken action to address weaknesses identified at the last inspection. It has used effective performance management strategies to improve staff's practice. - Staff support children's communication and language development well. They skilfully build younger children's vocabulary by repeating back and extending their sentences, adding in new words for children to hear. - Children are developing healthy lifestyles. Staff plan activities for children to exercise, keep fit and learn about different food groups. - Staff help children to understand why some of their actions might not be appropriate or safe. - The manager works with local schools to support children's transitions. She arranges outings for children to visit their future school.
