My child was filmed by the manager whilst alone and laying in a bed, against their own safeguarding policy, and they lied about us and falsely distorted information to report us to social services. Thankfully, their allegations were later deemed to be unfounded. The manager was intimidating to speak to and had a caustic attitude.
