The outdoor area is extensive, featuring large tree coverage for all-weather play, a fire pit, a dedicated forest school room, an art and music station, a large sandpit, a mud kitchen, a water station, and a growing garden. The adjacent play park further enhances outdoor activities. The nursery frequently utilises local woodlands and natural areas for its weekly Forest School programme, welcoming children from 18 months, with younger children able to attend Ascot Day Nursery before transitioning to Old School at two years old. Our ethos Old School Day Nursery is committed to providing a stimulating environment where children learn and grow as individuals. This is supported by a dedicated Forest School programme utilising local woodlands and natural areas, alongside an extensive outdoor space for all-weather play, art, and music.
