No rush, no expectations, just letting them be as they are and respecting them in a wonderful way. They are the one that lead the day. Setting is open plan and they have enough outside space as well. Children are encouraged to spend most of the time outside. There are stations all over the settings where children can do many amazing stuff for their development, from reading in a shed, to playing in a shop or sandpit, to cooking in a muddy kitchen. There are also few balance bikes at the setting and they love using them. They learn through the play. The educators approach is different to the classic one, as they here are very much involved in the play in the different stations. My child feels very happy, confident and safe going to the nursery and in a Month that has been their member has shown many new developments and has created many new, for him very important bonds with his friends.
