Actually he chose it because after couple seconds he just wanted to get out from my hands and explore the place. He is learning a lot of new things and he loves going there. He grew a lot emotionally as well, he is so open to people. The staff is very friendly and kind. They always think doing something different to improve his skills. Thank you so much for being a huge part in my son's journey growing up.",

"reviewBody": "Both my children attended Owls Nest Nursery from the point it was first opened, my youngest started there as a baby and is still in their pre-school room now so I’ve seen it through the years. The staff have become like family, my daughter adores them and my older child loves going to holiday club every time she gets a chance to go and see her grown up friends (staff) she made before she left for school! The nursery is lovely, it was already excellent when it opened due to the experience behind the owners and staff, and it just keeps improving. The setting itself is wonderful and clean, they eat nice food, a variety of learning activities, a great outdoor space to play and learn. The nursery celebrate and educate all different festivals and celebrations - Christmas, Diwali, Mother’s Day, etc and my daughters often come home with gifts and cards they have made. They use a parent communication app (baby days) which is fabulous - they upload photos and development updates all the time so you can see what your child is up to (certainly a comfort when they are little in their first days/weeks!). The setting is secure (that’s a big concern of mine) with cameras everywhere and buzzer entrance with cameras, no mobile phones allowed etc. We attend regular parents evening and the graduation ceremony/party they do every year for leavers is the sweetest! The staff are always happy and friendly and it’s clear they all have a great relationship with each other. Just a lovely place all round. I’ll bring my children back to use their holiday club facility again when my youngest leaves for school this year.",

We have a very sensible child, with loads of allergies, and he is very difficult with many things, but Owls Nest is just Brilliant!! They are always careful with his allergies, and always telling me in advance about any activities that include food so that we can work out a way for Albert to participate as well. He has been really behind because of his late discovered allergies, but since he has started going to the Nursery he has progressed so so well. Thank you so much for all your hard work!",

In an unheated room, 6 children were sitting at a round table and eating biscuits with margarine! What? margarine for 2 years old,? I insisted with my eyes on that margarine and stunned I noticed that it was the cheapest in the store. the mattresses that the children sleep on are two fingers thick 🙈 the extremely good comments made on the site are from 3 years ago probably when the location opened, because other reviews are not recent. dear parents, go visit this location during your children's stay. it is important the environment in which children develop, the ladies can be very kind but the building, the cleanliness, the menu inside also leaves something to be desired.",

Inclusion & environment

## How they support every child

SEND provision

All children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), are curious and motivated to take part in the activities. Staff plan activities that take account of children's interests and offer suitable challenges to extend their learning. For example, pre-school children with SEND, who are fascinated by letters and recognise capital letters, benefit from exploring puzzles that show lower case letters. Staff help children learn the letter sounds as they work on completing the puzzle. Parents make positive comments about how swiftly the staff identify where children need additional support and work closely with them to ensure children are referred to other agencies without delay.

Outdoor space

Children benefit from outdoor play in the nursery garden. They develop their physical skills and learn about taking turns as they wait before climbing up the steps of the slide. Staff are supportive of children who are hesitant and lack confidence, reassuring and praising them when they manage to get to the top, which helps children develop the confidence to challenge themselves.

My son is going to this nursery and I couldn't be happier we chose Owls Nest. Actually he chose it because after couple seconds he just wanted to get out from my hands and explore the place. He is learning a lot of new things and he loves going there. He grew a lot emotionally as well, he is so open to people. The staff is very friendly and kind. They always think doing something different to improve his skills. Thank you so much for being a huge part in my son's journey growing up.

Both my children attended Owls Nest Nursery from the point it was first opened, my youngest started there as a baby and is still in their pre-school room now so I’ve seen it through the years. I’ll bring my children back to use their holiday club facility again when my youngest leaves for school this year.

I have not enoght words to recommend Owls Nest Nursery. They are always making sure to satisfy all our needs. Thank you so much for all your hard work!

I was worried my child wouldn't enjoy nursery, but far from it! The staff are friendly and approachable. Each day kids are doing something different and applicable to their early years growth emotionally, socially, physically and intellectually. The care the staff have towards children is second to none! I couldn't be more glad we chose Owls Nest!

I went to visit the location and unfortunately the pictures on the internet are not the same when you go inside, a very kind lady asks you to put on some bags, but the dirt on the doors collected by adults over a long time is not mentioned, and it is clear that the doors, door handles or what to say about the switches are not cleaned often, about vacuuming, I don't think it has been vacuumed for the last two weeks, the cold inside is exactly like outside, the building has zero heating, or maybe they just didn't turn on the heat that day, lol. In an unheated room, 6 children were sitting at a round table and eating biscuits with margarine! What? margarine for 2 years old,? I insisted with my eyes on that margarine and stunned I noticed that it was the cheapest in the store. the mattresses that the children sleep on are two fingers thick 🙈 the extremely good comments made on the site are from 3 years ago probably when the location opened, because other reviews are not recent. dear parents, go visit this location during your children's stay. it is important the environment in which children develop, the ladies can be very kind but the building, the cleanliness, the menu inside also leaves something to be desired.
