Originally run by Liverpool City Council, the nursery closed in 2008 and was successfully re-opened in April 2012 by parents who formed the Liverpool Chinese Community Foundation (LCCF) Community Interest Company, a non-profit organisation. The nursery provides an intimate environment, catering to a maximum of 19 children aged 0-5 years. Their philosophy, CARE, emphasises creating a "home from home" where children learn through play. They are dedicated to ensuring children's safety, well-being, and happiness, and their staff are experienced in caring for bilingual children, fostering a secure and communicative environment for all. The nursery offers full-day, half-day, and 9 am to 3 pm sessions, operating 50 weeks a year from Monday to Friday. Our ethos Pagoda Nursery's philosophy, CARE, emphasises creating a "home from home" where children learn through play.
