My primary concern has always been the safety of other children and parents need to hear what I have to say.\n\nMy at time, 11 month old son, was involved in a safeguarding issue in this nursery. I won't give details, the whole ordeal was awful and heartbreaking from start to finish. As a parent it's your worse nightmare, they failed in their basic duty of care in keeping babies safe. After the incident taking place, I also can't describe the awful treatment and mishandling we received at the hands of Partou. The incident took place in November and to this say we havnt received a refund for the day my child was mistreated in this nursery. His incident wasn't isolated, a number of incidents took place and to this day I don't know the full outcome of the investigation.\n\nI am in disbelief that ofsted havnt published the findings of the investigation that taken place, there's no evidence online that any wrong doing has taken place in this nursery.
