One thing which stood out to me on the taster session and even now on a daily basis is children in the below the age of 2 section are left with noses running all down their faces and all over their toys. Every single week my child is catching some sort of ilness or the other. I accept it is normal for a child to get il more frequently in nursery as my elder son did however not to this level. The cleanliness needs to be improved. I mentioned this to a staff member and she did not even acknowledge my concerns which is what has lead to me leaving this review. All the staff need to do is use a tissue and wipe the snot from baby noses everytime they see it running. This then stops it getting on toys and their hands and then spreading to other children. Also regular deep cleans of all areas and toys not just when outbreaks happen. Hence the saying prevention is better than cure. One week my daughter comes home with a bad cough and cold, the next week vomitting after every feed, the next week diarrhoea and it just goes on.
