Leaders and staff have high expectations, promoting a strong learning environment where children achieve well and develop excellent behaviour. The nursery's curriculum is carefully sequenced, focusing on promoting continuous progress across all rooms, with strong emphasis on prime areas of learning and mathematical development. Staff are highly responsive to individual children's needs, building secure relationships through an effective key-person system. Leaders and staff are beginning to work with other professionals, such as speech and language therapists, to ensure that the most appropriate interventions are in place for each child when appropriate. Staff regularly reflect on the effectiveness of these approaches to help ensure that all children make at least good rates of progress. Outdoor space Outside, the older children have lots of room to explore and play. Children play harmoniously inside and out.
