If I had then there's no chance I would of sent her there.\n\nI have had issues of my daughter returning home with bruising, and addition to this refusing to go to this nursery earlier this year randomly. Even though we got to the issue, I still feel that the quality is no where as what it should be.\n\nMajority of the staff are nice and i'm sure they try to ensure safeguarding for children but I do doubt this very much. It's a private nursery which still offer the 15-30 free hours and might I add charge an extortionate price for food.\n\nMy daughter was there from 2 - 3.5 years and then September 2019, I find out that they removed my daughters placement due to an internal staff communication issue which left my daughter without any nursery placement.\n\nMaybe it was a blessing in disguise that my daughter had no placement as I had just got her into Monkey Puzzles around the corner and and now shes also been offered a place at Valence Primary School.\n\nI'm sure the staff think they are doing their best but the level of quality I've seen at Monkey Puzzles, I would certainly not recommend you to pay money for at Play Days.
