The nursery prides itself on an inclusive environment, welcoming children from all backgrounds, cultures, genders, and abilities. They actively promote equality and diversity, ensuring all children have equal opportunities to learn, develop, and grow at their own pace. The dedicated staff work closely with parents to accommodate individual needs and build strong partnerships for continuous care. The nursery operates year-round, closing only for bank holidays and during the Christmas period. They offer full-day care and morning/afternoon sessions, with an emphasis on consistency for children attending half-day sessions by requiring a minimum of two per week. The nursery also has a designated equal opportunities coordinator and a SEND designated person to support children with special educational needs and disabilities, following the SEND Code of Practice.
