The communication via the app they use, as well as updates upon drop off and pick up is fantastic, they really take notice and are always updating us throughout the day. Our Son is suspected autistic, but this hasn’t been an issue at nursery all. In fact, we are continually blown away by the effort that all of the staff put in to help meet his needs, not only in his day-to-day attendance but also with the steps that we need to take in order to get him ready for school, whether it be paperwork or understandable explanations about the process. Each individual that has been a key worker for my boy has always given thorough updates and he can't stop talking about them when he gets home. It's clear that a lot of time is taken to carefully prepare for what each class does each day to cater to individual needs and interests. They not only teach skills to prepare them for school but enhance their talents/interests... for example, my little boy loves spiders and they often encourage him to go on a bug hunt, capture bugs and even keep some contained in the classroom. They have animals which brings out a caring, compassionate side to children. My little one loves this nursery, I know I made the right choice.
